Our Personal Guarantee and Return Policy
We pride ourselves in the high quality of our products. Each product on this website has been in use for many years in the UK and in our own barn/home before being offered to you.
If you are not completely satisfied with a product, simply return the unused portion and we will refund you the item cost (we don't refund the shipping and handling charges).
We want you to be 100% satisfied with our products or we refuse to keep your money!

Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and PayPal for all orders within the USA.
PayPal is your best bet for orders from outside the USA. Depending on the country, MasterCard and Visa are also accepted on our secure online shopping cart.

Orders by check or money order will be sent upon receipt of payment. Sorry we have to do it that way but not everyone is as honest as you are.
Shipping
Most orders ship the same day as ordered by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority mail and can be tracked. So if you don't recieve your order in a few days, let us know and we'll find out where it is.
Shipping charges are a flat $6.00 per order with an additional $1.00 charge for each Repel'em in the same order (because of the increased weight).
Canadian shipments are sent Air Letter International and the S & H is the same as for US customers. However, it will take longer than 3-4 days to get to you because of the cross-over to the Canadian mail delivery system.
Other International shipments may require an additional shipping fee depending on the country to which we are shipping.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped within the state of New York (8 %).
This is due to the fact that our corporate office is in Mendon, NY. All other states and countries are tax-exempt.
